Anti-Spam policy

We are a permission based email marketing company. We have zero tolerance for Spam and will cancel services for any customer who is found to be sending unsolicited email.

If you believe that you have received unsolicited email from any of our customers, please contact us and forward the offending email (including headers) to abuse@featuremail.co.uk so that we may take action against the sender. If you no longer wish to receive email from the sender, please click on the unsubscribe link at the foot of the email.

Rules for our customers

The following rules apply to all customers of Featuremail and form part of our terms of business. Any customer, reseller or associated company is bound by these rules which we strictly enforce.

Customers may not:

  • Send unsolicited email of any kind
  • Send bulk email directly through our mail server
  • Purchase lists (opt-in or not)
  • Harvest email addresses from websites
  • Add email addresses to lists without the subscribers permission
  • Subscribe people to unrelated lists
  • Provide subscriber details to third parties
  • Transfer subscribers to and from other lists
  • Send content unrelated to that which was subscribed for
  • Send emails to anyone who has unsubscribed

Customers must:

  • Clearly describe what is being subscribed to on all forms
  • Only send emails to those subscribers who have given permission
  • Ensure content is relevant to that which was subscribed to
  • Deal promptly with unsubscribe requests

ISPs and blacklist operators

If you are an ISP or blacklist operator and require any information about our services and policies, please contact us at: relations@featuremail.co.uk. We follow all necessary ISP policies, such as enabled reverse DNS, disabled open relay, and Sender policy framework (SPF).
